Description

Cleanup legacy ARMTemplateShared folder.

Earlier when fulldeployment mode was supported for ARM and bicep, the ARMTemplateShared package had common code for fulldeployment and whatif analysis. Since fulldeployment mode is no longer supported, it can be cleaned up.
