Where are embedding models downloaded and cached?

The embedding model is downloaded once and cached locally.

Since you rely on fastembed to download the model, and fastembed seems to further rely on hf-hub (code), I figure it might be a good idea to add option that allows reusing $HF_HOME/hub or $HF_HUB_CACHE as the cache directory.
