Bug estimating background model

Program execution stops when estimating background model with the following message:
Resampling background model...

We have now checked in a fix for this. We recreated and fixed the bug with data from you, but it would be good if you could rerun and verify the fix on your side as well. Sorry for the long delay on this issue.
