test: increase coverage and fix identified regressions

- Add integration tests for host resolution, removal rules, and report XSS
- Parameterize SQL queries in syslog_manage_items to prevent injection
- Refactor and deduplicate command execution into shared helpers
- Centralize XML import payload loading logic
- Fix missing variables and use secure HTML escaping in UI
