User story

As a user, I want to be able to view my user menu when my expert drawer is pinned.

Success criteria

• When the expert drawer is pinned the user menu should open above the expert drawer when clicked.
• When the expert drawer is not pinned, the user menu should open when clicked and the expert drawer should close. Same as current behavior.
