Describe the bug
Changing the playback speed only works on AVC1 encoded videos on the FireTV Stick 4K max.
There is no error, it just does not apply the new playback speed at all.

(sorry for the horribly slow video, was capturing the screen with scrcpy which has a huge delay)
Version
5.1.1
Frequency
Always (100% of the time)
Device
FireTV 4K Max
Steps to reproduce the bug
Enable advanced formats like VP9, AV01 and HEVC.
Open a video and switch to VP9 or AVC.
Try to adjust the playback speed to anything higher than 1.0x
Nothing happens.
Additional context
PipePipe_5.1.1-armeabi-v7a-release.apk is the only version that works on the FireTV stick.
Does work on my Android phone, so either it's an issue with the armeabi-v7a build or it's an issue with the FireTV stick.
