Make sparsity detection compliant with ADTypes v1

ADTypes v1 introduced a sparsity detection interface. It would be nice to implement it here and help dependents of SparseDiffTools move towards ADTypes reliance. In particular, it would ease the eventual transition to SparseConnectivityTracer and DifferentiationInterface (cc @adrhill).

The missing entry in the "New" column of the table is being addressed in SciML/ADTypes.jl#81. Then SparseDiffTools should be ready to use the ADTypes interface?
