Description

The /changelog page is rendering release note content as raw markdown instead of formatted markdown.
In the screenshot, bold text like **GitLab Agent Platform** is shown literally, and list markers also appear unrendered. The page looks like plain text with markdown syntax rather than a properly formatted changelog.

Expected behavior

Markdown in changelog entries should render as formatted content:

• bold text should render bold
• lists should render as lists
• links/code should render appropriately
