Session chat disappears.

Description

I open VS code extension with Openchamber GUI, there's new task screen.

I @ ask this or that the model starts thinking.

After some time (3-5mins?) I go back to the VS Code and the thinking/session/chat is gone. Not in the chat, not in the session history.

All I see is standard blank New Task screen.
