Support arm64 based host for installation

Issue

Currently on executing the install.sh , on a arm64 host the installer errors out, even though it supports kvm

The current installer officially supports X86_64 arch, as documented in README

supports Apache CloudStack (version ≥ 4.20) installation on Ubuntu or EL-based distros with x86_64 KVM.

Running the installer on arm64 hosts is not supported at this time, which explains the check failure you are seeing. That said, supporting arm64 is a valid enhancement, we can keep this issue open to track future work on this.
