🚧 8.0.0, clean up release

In this PR:

• Bump version to 8
• Bump minimum required node version, removing LTS 20 (now EOL)
• Remove CJS exports, package is ESM only
• Update node test matrix to LTS 22, 24, 26
• Remove chalk, replace with node built-in
• Remove deprecated commands from 7.0.0
• Swap ora dependency for nanospinner
• Add support for calibre.json, to avoid using the --site=my-site for each command
