according to the latest webAIM survey the majority of screenreader users browse pages by heading. but the project page jumps from <h3> (Core Team Members) to <h5> (the email address and people). so some people might think there's a missing <h4>.
not sure if it would be better to make this a <ul> or make each person's name/title an <h4> and then provide a bio. that would make it more of a "heading"
