Bug description

  1. media player in dynamic bar progress glitches out whenever you unpause the song after opening the dynamic bar , the progress bar goes little forward then comes to it's current state ( in rec 0:04)
  2. back gesture and recent panel can't be opened when dynamic bar is active , so it should be dismissed after user click the screen not when a user lift it's finger ( so ig dismiss it using ACTION_DOWN )
  3. Re-add screen recording popup in in dynamic bar ( it was there in original implementation of dynamic bar) , as you can see it in end of the video i am struggling to get the recording popup

Steps to reproduce

  1. pause a song , minimize the dynamic bar wait , re open it , play the song , see the progress bar it will glitch out
  2. open dynamic bar , try to open recent menu
  3. turn on screen recording while dynamic bar active , it hard to switch they both conflicts
