Double check whether or not someone means to submit zero stars on feedback

A few people in 2025 submitted feedback with glowing praise in the comment and then zero stars which I suspect is a mistake.

Add a confirmation to ensure that the person definitely intended to give zero stars and didn't just forget to add a star rating!
