The DnD in the IDE behaves "strange". For example it is "hard" to DnD the Outline view out of its position. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Same for other views

Here is an attempt to show this, every time the mouse moves to a view header I try to drag it, for outline this hardly works in my build.
