Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RunOn mobile application (the "App"), you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Description of Service
RunOn is a mobile application that allows users to create events in their Google Calendar based on search queries. The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication and the Google Calendar API to interact with your calendar.
User Accounts
- Google Sign-In: You must sign in to the App using your Google account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Use of the App
- Lawful Purposes: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Use the App to transmit any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
- Use the App to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Use the App to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by us, may harm RunOn or users of the App or expose them to liability.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.
Intellectual Property
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by RunOn, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RUNON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL RUNON, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE APP OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RunOn, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App, including, but not limited to, any use of the App's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
