Unable to connect Telegram integration. Error: "Telegram service is not available" when using Indian phone number (+91).

Steps:

• Enter +91 Indian number in integration
• Click connect
• Immediate "service not available" error

Expected:

Telegram connects successfully

Actual:

Blocked by service error

Details:

• Location: India (Hyderabad)
• Date: Mar 21, 2026
• Telegram app works fine with same number
