tests: add Schematron integration test suite

11 integration tests exercising a realistic purchase order Schematron
schema with structural validation, business rules (quantity/price
constraints), message interpolation with value-of, report warnings,
phase selection, firing rule semantics, schema-level variables, classic
namespace support, and sum(child/@attr) attribute NodeSet paths.
