[BUG] swag-crowdsec outdated

Current Behavior

mod is very old and does not support metrics push to crowdsec app

Expected Behavior

Keep bouncer up to date with recent versions of crowdsec.

Steps To Reproduce

Install crowdsec.
Install swag with mod.
Setup to crowdsec account.
Wait for metrics push.
After metrics push attempt there will be a log file in crowdsec container: level=error msg="Failed to bind json: json: cannot unmarshal object into Go struct field AllMetrics.remediation_components.feature_flags of type []string" func=UsageMetrics

Crowdsec mod is still on V1.1.3 while latest is V1.1.5
