[Docs] Link to Help Wanted issues is broken. #54

Current State
Links for help wanted are broken in shields for repositories as well as towards the bottom of the page. We need to fix them.
On clicking any of the help wanted hyperlinks, we are getting the following error with no issues listed.
Desired State
The relevant issues with label filters applied should be listed.
