Feature request: Add a delay option for showing the indicator

This is not really an issue but more of an feature request. Not sure where to post these other then here.

I would like to have a delay option on the show function. I have a situation where my observable returns very quickly and i get a short glitch of the indicator which could be confusing for users.

Ofcourse this can be achieved in many ways but an implementation in the component would be much appreciated 👍
