How do you reproduce the problem?

1. view https://codesandbox.io/p/sandbox/4mr9gd
2. select any tab other than default (users). ex: https://4mr9gd.csb.app/#database
3. database is selected/highlighted
4. open link in a new browser tab https://4mr9gd.csb.app/#database

Expected behavior
database is selected/highlighted

Actual behavior
default (users) is selected/highlighted

Is this issue blocking you?: No but required in near future
