Adding support for the now more common PY32F002B was requested by another user, I replied saying it would be a worthy proposition given the B's more common disposition and lower price on the market than the A's line, and similar price/memory capabilities to the F003 line, yet the issue was closed by a mod stating that "My fix: use Gemini/Claude/Whatever in conjunction with Keil uVision. Running an abstraction layer on an abstraction layer is pretty outdated, so might as well use the intended toolset which in my tests result in a much smaller and quicker binary anyways. I will close this ticket and if the creator wants, they can open it if they decide to implement.
But I'd still use Keil and an LLM over this."
Well, my entire $200 claude max "extra use credits" from this month's anthropic issues spent on that proposed solution; and my py32f002B still doesnt work in keil or otherwise.
perhaps some of us do need/benefit from "arduino like abstraction layers on layers" instead of "just code it"?
