@eldermoraes has created a new https://swapi.build/ service that we would like the tutorial to point to instead of the current swapi.info/swapi.dev services.

Acceptance criteria:

• All swapi.info and swapi.dev api rest clients/calls should be updated to use the new https://swapi.build/api service
• Verify the tutorial is fully updated and make sure the urls are all correctly calling the /api endpoints (the .dev and .info had differing endpoints)
• the tutorial app in app/tutorial_app should be updated as well
