BUG: Diagrams for the "other" tab don't render

When a page has tabs that has diagrams, any diagrams on the 2nd tab do not render correctly

I think this we run mermaid.js on page load, and on page load the 2nd tab size is zero or very small, resulting no surface area for the mermaid digram to draw
