Doesn't run at all

Latest version not working for me either with win10. When I run HACToolGUI nothing happens. The process doesn't even appear in TaskManager. No error is given

Use the 0.3a update of HACToolGUI it actually fixed the problem, which I had as well. https://gbatemp.net/attachments/hactoolgui_v0_3a-zip.120753/

It's trying to open a URL that doesn't exist anymore, and just silently crashes.
