Team Pruning

All ,as part of good security hygiene I've pruned the sof-developers team to the more active developers only. Historically we needed anyone who would create a PR to be added to the sof-developers team for CI to run, but CI is being upgraded so this requirement for is no longer valid and maintainers will approve any external PRs as needed.

I've taken a broad brush to the team, so apologies if I have incorrectly removed you, pls do let me know and I will restore.

No other impacts for developers expected.
