how do I add config changes after the last chezmoi entry?

Sometimes it happens that the configs change directly (after which chezmoi throws warnings when chezmoi apply), and then these changes have to be manually made to chezmoi. For example: I'm changing the appearance config in the gui. How quickly can I use commands to transfer changes to the target file to its version in chezmoi?

Look at chezmoi merge and merge-all.

thanks, I have discovered merge, but it gives visual editor for edits in each file, and I didnt find any solution, to make it automatic for specific files. Please help, I dont understand how quickly apply outer edits in files, those are targeted by chezmoi
