refactor(deps): migrate @hope-ui/solid to GitHub

• 将 @hope-ui/solid 迁移到 OpenListTeam fork 的 GitHub 仓库 OpenListTeam/hope-ui ，避免 TypeScript 报错，同时方便后续修改 UI 库。
  • 文档：https://openlistteam.github.io/hope-ui/
• 解决类型报错，可以使用 pnpm lint

• https://github.com/hope-ui/hope-ui 作者已停止维护

• 由于 GitHub NPM Registry 不支持免 Token 下载（文档），故使用 GitHub 分支作为 NPM 源

  You need an access token to publish, install, and delete private, internal, and public packages.
