为什么提交这份PR (why to submit this PR)

dfs_romfs_ioctl()在处理RT_FIOGETADDR命令时会直接解引用args。如果调用方传入空指针，DFS v1/v2的romfs实现会在错误路径上触发空指针解引用，而不是稳定返回错误码。

你的解决方案是什么 (what is your solution)

在DFS v1和DFS v2的romfs RT_FIOGETADDR分支中增加args == RT_NULL检查。当调用方传入空指针时返回-RT_EINVAL，避免空指针解引用。
该修改只影响RT_FIOGETADDR的异常输入路径，不改变正常传入有效输出参数时的行为，也不影响RT_FIOFTRUNCATE等其他ioctl命令。

请提供验证的bsp和config (provide the config and bsp)
