• React DOM now batches suspense boundary reveals, matching the behavior of client side rendering. React will batch as much reveals as possible before the first paint while trying to hit popular first-contentful paint metrics.
• Add Node Web Streams (prerender, renderToReadableStream) to server-side-rendering APIs for Node.js

Closing: this bumps react-dom + @types/react-dom to 19 while react stays on 18 (and @types/react on 18) — a half-migration that fails all 8 desktop test shards (react-dom 19 can't pair with react 18). A real React 19 upgrade is a deliberate post-freeze effort. Dependabot will re-open if still relevant later.
