feat: Add zeronet Beryl hash upgrade task

Summary

• Add a zeronet task generated from the ZK and TEE hash upgrade template
• Populate zeronet owner and DisputeGameFactory addresses
• Leave Beryl hash inputs blank for finalization: TEE_IMAGE_HASH, ZK_RANGE_HASH, ZK_AGGREGATE_HASH

Checks

• git diff --check -- zeronet/2026-06-02-upgrade-zk-and-tee-hash

Note: make validate-config currently fails at TEE_IMAGE_HASH required, as expected until the Beryl hashes are filled in.
