Addressed issue #406 by adding option for blank values to be allowed through. New tests were AI generated but all original tests still pass. Specifically altered 'get' function to return exists bool value to allow for specifically set empty values to be assigned to variables. Hope this helps! It's my first open-source contribution ever so feedback is greatly appreciated.
