- Runs 3 phases in serial: 24 seconds don't walk, 10 seconds walk, 10 seconds flashing don't walk.
- Displays a countdown to the end of the current light phase on the 7 segment display.
- 7 segment display is multiplexed and non-blocking to phase execution.
