@VishalJaishankar Do we really need Contributor here? This seems very broad. We're gone to some lengths to limit the set of permissions our the app registration has but then we'd just be asking for everything here.

I may still not be 100% clear on exactly what roles/permissions are granted to what entities. Vishal and I have gone back and forth talking about what roles need to be listed in what section, but I think I need a list of entities and roles/permissions in full.
