Add plt.show() to actually show the plot

At least in my local environment, no plot appears unless I also add plt.show() as shown in this diff.

I'm seeing the same thing after plt.colorbar() in the preprocessing lesson, but I'll hold off on that for now in case this is a familiar issue that is considered to be acceptable as-is for some reason.
