Retire Install and Configure Caddy on CentOS 8

Retire — HIGH PRIORITY
Reason: CentOS 8 is EOL (Dec 31, 2021). Guide is unsafe, unmaintainable, and cannot remain published under modernization rules.
Additional Rationale:

• Caddy on CentOS 8 cannot be responsibly tested or supported
• Caddy’s reverse proxy behavior is less predictable than NGINX in production
• NGINX already covers all major use cases more reliably
• Maintaining a niche Caddy guide on an EOL OS creates unnecessary burden
• Updating it to Rocky/Alma 9 would require full retesting and is low value compared to NGINX coverage
  Future Replacement (Optional):
  Only if product direction ever requires it:
• New Caddy guide for Rocky/AlmaLinux 9
• Focus on its unique strengths (automatic HTTPS, static hosting, API gateway)
• But not required for modernization because NGINX already fills the role
