docs: remove stale beta label from Google Realtime in CLAUDE.md and plugin README

Corrected two documentation files that still described the Google Realtime API as beta after it was promoted to stable. A developer following these docs would have used the deprecated google.beta.realtime path or assumed the realtime model was still experimental.

• CLAUDE.md: Changed google (beta) to google in the Realtime plugin capabilities list
• plugins/google/README.md: Clarified that only TTS remains in beta, not the realtime model
