NO-ISSUE: disable openshift conformance tests

Disabling the conformance tests is needed because they are unstable at the moment. Currently it seems that some tests are flaky because of hardware issues. Further investigation is needed in order to make them stable.

As soon as they become stable this PR is going to be reverted.
