chore: port site to tanstack start v1

This ports the site from solidstart v1 (vinxi) to tanstack start v1 (vite 8, solid v1) - it's a preparation step for a tanstack start v2 (solid v2) version which will be used for iteration on solid-primitives for solid v2.
