feat(node-cli): generate intent-first commands

Summary

• add a deterministic generator for intent-first Clipanion commands backed by curated robot/template specs
• generate and register a broader intent catalog, including image generate, video encode-hls, video thumbs, document thumbs, file compress, and related commands
• fix council review findings around schema normalization, numeric literal coercion, bundled single-assembly outputs, and explicit directory output handling

Testing

• yarn workspace @transloadit/node check

Notes

• council refactor/review both ran on this branch; the valid findings returned were addressed
• unrelated local changes under packages/mcp-server were left untouched and are not part of this PR
