  • Adds three new monitor docs pages: skipped-test-monitor.mdx, slow-test-monitor.mdx, new-test-monitor.mdx
  • Updates detection/index.mdx monitor types table to include the three new monitors

Documents three new monitor types added in trunk2 PR #3978 (stack of
#3967, #3969, #3970). Updates the detection index monitor types table
and adds individual pages for each monitor following the existing
failure-count-monitor format.

Verification status (2026-05-19): pending

Eng merged but customer-facing UI not present. Hold.

  • Eng PR: trunk2#3978 (merged 2026-05-18, stacked merge of #3967, #3969, #3970). ClickHouse migration trunk2#3959 merged 2026-05-13.
  • Flag: none
  • Signals: backend service endpoints shipped. Re-check at this sweep: trunk2 code search for skippedTestMonitor / slowTestMonitor / newTestMonitor in ts/apps/frontend still returns no frontend references. Without monitor configuration UI, customers cannot create or view these monitors.

Hold until the frontend pieces ship. Linked Linear: TRUNK-18025, TRUNK-18026, TRUNK-18027.
